I’m vetting newer versions of Windows 10 for my organization and am looking at the build. After upgrading my system I am experiencing a random issue when I sign in to my laptop daily, my system doesn’t always connect to the correct vLAN using The forum that I found says that Disabling this is supposed to flip this setting.

It doesn’t. According to the description this does disable the requirement to use Hibernate mode and that the “Fast Startup” checkbox is then managed by local policy. Am I missing something when it comes to this GPO?

If this behavior is more widespread with the x versions of Windows 10 I’m going to need a way to toggle this checkbox without having to touch every system in the organization.
